Dr. TJ is an equity-centered educator, leadership coach, and learning systems designer with over 25 years of experience across K–12 education, higher education, military-connected programs, and organizational learning. Dr. TJ has served as a principal, assistant principal, program director, college instructor, and practicum supervisor, working with diverse communities in California, Washington, and Department of Defense school and youth programs worldwide. Her career has focused on building clear, humane systems that support both accountability and belonging, especially in high-pressure environments.

As a former online college instructor in educational psychology and classroom management, Dr. TJ is skilled at translating research into practical strategies that educators can implement immediately.
